With an eye for details and a lifelong learner, Janese Carstens serves the Billings community through event production and coordination as the Event Coordinator for Holiday Nights and the Executive Producer for TEDxBillings. She combines her love of creativity, theater, business, and education with organizing spreadsheets and schedules. 

Although she grew up in North Dakota, she has lived in multiple US coastal cities, Asia, and Australia. But just like a boomerang, she keeps being drawn back to Billings. The opportunities in Billings are as vast as the big sky that surrounds it and bringing the world to Billings through events interweaves her life experience thus far together.
