· Timbercrest Camp near Red Lodge, Montana
· Camp Sacajawea near Casper, Wyoming

Our team stays in rustic cabins, lodges, and yurts, providing an authentic camping experience. Dates of Employment: May 27, 2025 – August 18, 2025
The Camp Activities Director is responsible for ensuring that all camp programming is safe, engaging, and enjoyable for campers during both weeklong and short week camps while also assisting with weekend camps.
The Camp Activities Director acts as program leader and instructor, planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily activities, managing program materials, and ensuring smooth operations for a memorable camp experience.
The Camp Activities Director works closely with camp staff and campers to create a dynamic and enriching environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan and coordinate the camper’s \choice activity block, providing up to three engaging activity options for campers during the daily one-hour session
· Assist with CIT training sessions and help them gain practical experience in leadership roles within the camp environment
· Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient execution of cookout events, ensuring smooth operations and safety
· Ensure camp vans are properly fueled and maintained, monitoring vehicle readiness for transportation needs
· Assist in the ongoing development and execution of activities for weekend and day camps, offering creative input and support for camp-wide events and special programs
· Coordinates the campers’ daily program activities including transporting groups to off-site trips
· Assist in staff training and ongoing staff development
· Fill in as a counselor as needed

Experience/Education
· High School diploma or the equivalent; one year camp program related experience and/or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience
· Experience in various activities based in arts and crafts, nature and outdoor survival, and teambuilding
· Experience working with youth preferred
· Minimum of 21 years of age in the 2025 calendar year and ability to transport campers in a 12 passenger van required
